2. Orders & Payments
If you are ordering from us, we require the information you give us your name, your address, and your payments to be accurate.

Prior to shipping, payments must be made.

Prices and product details are laid out simply, but mistakes can happen. If we notice a mistake, we'll correct it and let you know straight away.

If stock is depleted after you've put in your order, we'll contact you and refund or substitute.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We try our absolute best to ship quickly, and we normally do. Something inevitably goes wrong, though - like a delay in getting a package through couriers or a customs check - and in those cases, we'll inform you. You'll have tracking information too so you can follow your package's progress.

4. Returns & Refunds
Dissatisfied with your order? No problem you can return products in the period set out in our Returns Policy.

If you've received something damaged or incorrect, just let us know and we'll sort it out.

We shall only commence a refund or replacement once we receive the item back in its original condition.
